Barn Door Pallets and Pine

Project Description

This was a recent random idea for me. Since we moved into our house 7 years ago we haven't had a door to our master bath, it was designed this way. So I saw some of these barn doors and thought that would be good for us. So I went to work and created this massive door.Still in the process of making the track so when it's finished I'll add a final picture of it mounted.

Project Materials

• 1"x4" new pine for frame
• pallets for body
• deck screws
• kreg pocket screws
• 3/16"x1 1/2"x 4' steel strap
• 1/4"x2"x9' steel strap
• 3" v-groove pulleys
• 8 1/4" fender washers
• 8 1/4"x4" lag-bolts
• 1/2"x36" steel tubing
